  • The children in the villages are cheerful and welcoming the foreigners

  • At the end of the day, the people meet in the local Tej bar and enjoy their favorite musicians.

  • priests and churchkeeper guard the 800 year old historic buildings, which are also under the guard of the UNICEF

  • the churches are still worshipped today by many pilgrims

  • the religious center of Ethiopia is Lalibela, with its 11 monolithic churches

  • but yet they are facing an uncertain future in their villages, many dream of going to the next big town, or even abroad.
